Driver & License Requirements
- Minimum age: 24 years
- Valid driver’s license required (Lebanese or international).
- Passport or national ID must be presented at pick-up.
- International renters must hold a valid international license or a license in English/French.

Payment & Security Deposit
- Payment is due before or at vehicle handover.
- A refundable security deposit is required via credit card.
- Deposit amount varies by vehicle category.
- Accepted payment methods: Credit/debit card, cash (rental only), or bank transfer.

Insurance & Responsibility
- Standard insurance included in rental price.
- Full insurance optional for added protection.
- Renter is responsible for:
- Any damage not covered by insurance
- Lost keys or accessories
- Traffic or parking fines
- Fuel discrepancies

Fuel Policy
- Vehicles are provided with a certain fuel level and must be returned with the same amount
- Refueling charges apply if returned with less fuel

Rental Duration & Late Returns
- Rental day = 24 hours
- 1-hour grace period for returns
- Late returns may incur additional day charges
- Rental extensions must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance

Vehicle Usage
- Vehicles must not be used for:
- Off-roading, racing, or towing
- Commercial transport (unless pre-approved)
- Illegal activity
- Smoking or transporting pets (unless authorized)

Vehicle Condition
- A detailed inspection is done at pick-up and return
- Renter is responsible for any new damage found during return inspection

Delivery & Pick-Up
- Available upon request; charges may apply depending on location
- Airport delivery available with prior notice and flight details

Cancellations & No-Shows
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up
- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a 1-day rental fee

Legal Jurisdiction
- All rentals are subject to the laws of the Republic of Lebanon
- Any legal matters will be handled by the courts of Lebanon
